Come and sing with us

Monmouth Choral Society is pleased to welcome new members, Soprano, Alto, Tenor or Bass.  The size of the choir is maintained at around 130 voices with a set number of singers in each section to provide balance—new members are accepted subject to vacancy in the relevant voice section.  The majority of rehearsals are held weekly, on Tuesday evenings at Bridges Community Centre, Drybridge Road, Monmouth during term times.

Membership currently stands at about 120 members and is determined by passing an audition—it is subject to vacancy in the relevant voice section.

Whilst the Society operates an Equal Opportunities Policy, the Committee reserves the right to refuse/terminate membership of anyone whose personal conduct is considered to be detrimental to the Society.  Applications for membership will be considered when there are vacancies in the relevant voice section.
